Dog Tag Registration Request 

Please fill out this form if you would like to register a new dog or request a replacement tag for a current dog. The invoice and tag(s) will be mailed to you. If you have questions, please contact the Treasury Department at 519-396-3468 x.7106 or accountsreceivable@kincardine.ca.

Current fees are: 

$20.50 for the first dog

$28.00 for each additional dog, maximum of 3 dogs

$10.00 for a replacement tag

Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 for the purposes of creating a record to be used to create dog licences, mailing/emailing of invoices and for electronic or telephone contact by the Municipality for other purposes.
