Facility Rentals

All facility rental applications must be submitted at least 5 days prior to rental inquiry date. 

***For Ice and Gymnasium Rentals: Transition time between rentals is needed to clean up equipment used and prepare for the next user group.  Staff may begin this transition work during the last 10 minutes of your rental.  Please ensure you begin to wrap up your activities at this time.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Holiday Season 2024

During the holiday season our offices will have some closures and staff may be out of the office. The means there may be a delayed response to your facility rental request. Forms will be triaged and prioritized by your event date.
