Permit for Tree Work

The Municipality of Kincardine's Native Trees on Private Property By-law regulates the removal or injury of native trees on private property by requiring a permit in some circumstances. Full details are available on our Trees and Natural Vegetation webpage including a complete list of native trees.

There may also be requirements from other agencies in addition to the Municipality of Kincardine's Native Trees on Private Property By-law. It is your responsibility to check with other levels of government and/or conservation agencies to see if they have any regulations prior to proceeding with tree work.

Please ensure you have reviewed this content BEFORE submitting an application.
